Annual Conference – Session Proposal

C4A invites changemakers, innovators, and community leaders to submit session proposals for the 2026 Annual Conference, Future Forward: Leading the Aging & Disability Network.

This year’s conference will spotlight bold, practical, and forward-thinking approaches that are helping strengthen the aging and disability network. We are seeking engaging sessions that highlight best practices, scalable models, cost-effective solutions, meaningful partnerships, and cross-sector collaborations that are driving real results for older adults, people with disabilities, and the communities that support them. We welcome proposals that share lessons learned, promising practices, successful programs, and collaborative approaches that can inspire and support leaders across the aging and disability network.

To be considered, please complete the application form below by July 31, 2026. Applicants will be notified of selection decisions by August 20, 2026.
